Why a Capital Campaign?
· Construction industry professionals have inspected the MAP modular classrooms and have developed a list of repairs that simply can’t wait. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
o Roof repair at our modular at Wheelock
o Additionally, other repairs and upgrades are needed for both facilities
· During our 22 year history, MAP has expanded its facilities to accommodate the needs of our families and the Medfield school system. MAP's HISTORY
MAP is fiscally prudent, operating with a balanced budget. The bulk of our $1.2 income (99%) comes from tuition while our net profit is less than 1/100th of one percent. There simply are no extra funds to address building issues.
We need your help and tax-deductible contributions now.
· Giving to help with repairs actually maintains and improves staff and program quality by ensuring those funds do not need to be cut to address this short-term need
· Medfield residents are highly philanthropic. We donate to non-profits all the time. MAP is a non-profit that supports, educates, and cares for our children
· MAP's footprint grew because students and their families needed it for convenience, safety and age-appropriate education
