Our family handbook incorporates much of what you need to know once you are part of our program.  We kindly request that you read and use it as a resource.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak with your Program Director or the Executive Director.

*please note that the Tuition Policy was updated 10/2023 to reflect accepting ACH payments:  

• Tuition payments can be made by personal check, via your bank’s online bill pay, by money order, or debited directly from your bank account via and electronic bank to bank payment called ACH (Automatic Clearing House). Cash will not be accepted.  Payments are made to the Medfield Afterschool Program or “MAP.”  Please include your child’s name on your payment. Tuition payments can be dropped off at your child’s program, placed in MAP’s locked drop box located outside the 2-3 MAP building behind the Wheelock School, or mailed to:  MAP, P.O. Box 18, Medfield, MA 02052. ACH payments will be drawn from participating families’ accounts in batches, starting on the 1st of the month and may occur within the first 5 business days of the month.
