Wednesday, July 17 - MAP Summer Homework will be emailed to all families enrolled in MAP for the 2024-2025 school year. This important email contains important information about MAP as well as annual paperwork that needs to be completed and returned to MAP by Wednesday, 7/31. Wednesday, July 31 - Summer Homework due back to MAP! Without these forms, children will not be able to attend the program. Forms can be emailed directly to your child's Program Director or mailed to MAP P.O. Box 18 Medfield, MA 02052.
Wednesday, July 31 - Sign Up Deadline for MAP's Early Opening: For children in Kindergarten (Click here for the sign up form) and First through Sixth Grade (click here for the sign up form) enrolled for 2024-2025, MAP is offering a special sign up for our early opening. The link to the sign up form is also in the summer homework email.

The Medfield Afterschool Program, Inc. (MAP) is an established nonprofit, parent-based cooperative that provides quality care & enrichment to children in Jump Start through sixth grade.
MAP offers rolling registration and enrollment is based on space availability. Click on the RESOURCES tab above and the FORMS page for our registration forms.
For families interested in joining MAP for the 2025-2026 school year. Please reach out in December 2024, with your name, phone number, email address, child's name and grade for 2025-2026 and you will be sent our registration information when it is available.
