- Friday, 5/1 - Early Release Day- K-12- If it is your child's

normal day to attend MAP, we will be expecting them (there

is no Jump Start). There is no special sign up or extra charge

for the extended coverage. If your child will not be coming,

please make sure to let us know. All children need to come to

MAP with a lunch, water bottle, and plenty of snacks!

- Friday, 5/8 - MAP First Grade PJ Party, 3rd Grade Jammie Jam,

and and 4-6 Kids Night Out on the Town!  - Sign Up Deadline 4/2/2026.

- Monday, 5/25 - No School - MAP is Closed. Enjoy the long weekend!

June 2026

July 2026

​- Monday, 7/20- MAP Summer Homework - Enrolled families will receive an email from annette@medfieldafterschoolprogram.com with times sensitive information including: required paperwork, open house dates, and more. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and contact Annette.

Helpful important information:

​Tuition deposit refund policy if withdrawing:

• By June 15: 100% refundable
  
• By July 15: 75% refundable
  
• By August 13: 50% refundable
  
• After August 14: Non-refundable and first tuition installment is due in full
  

 Schedule Change Policy:

• All schedule changes must be submitted in writing (email accepted)
• Changes for the start of the school year must be submitted by August 13
  
• No changes will be processed between August 14 – September 14
  
• Beginning September 1, families may request changes effective after September 14
  
• After September 15, two weeks’ written notice is required to make a schedule change or withdraw
  

Tuition Invoices:  MAP bills for the month in advance. Invoices are emailed from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com on the 15th of the month, and payment is due by the 1st.  August/September invoices will be emailed on August 14, 2026 and payment is due by September 1, 2026.  Payment can be made by check or ACH.​
